Trying to clear up a misunderstanding

Comment registration at Hot Air is disabled at the moment so I'll post this here instead of responding directly to the post in question.

Allahpundit, responds to Mary Katherine Ham’s column at Town Hall.

Mary points out that Time reports that Human Rights Watch's John Sifton told them about photographs that show "a photo, taken by a Marine with his cell phone that shows Iraqis kneeling — and thus posing no threat — before they were shot."

Allahpundit counters that there are some reports of photos of the victims kneeling, but these were clearly taken long after they were shot.

There is a huge difference between the two.
